Hi! My name is Puspa. I am an Indonesian, living in Indonesia. I am fluent in both English and Indonesian, as well as educated in both cultural and social contexts. I recently graduated from university here in Indonesia with the highest GPA in my class, as well as a three-year awardee of Student with Best Academic Achievement Scholarship from my university.

Currently, I am working on project-based work around Artificial Intelligence on various platforms such as DataAnnotation, Babel Audio, and OpenTrain, as well as a few one-time gigs such as JoshTalks Indonesian Linguist. I am passionate about the future of AI, as well as culture, research, and linguistics. My interest also does not stop there, as I am passionate about image and video editing, social media management and public relations, as well as content writing and design.

DataAnnotation
I worked on AI model development by labeling and annotating datasets, ensuring high-quality training data for machine learning systems. I performed quality assurance checks on other contributors’ work to maintain accuracy and consistency, and fact-checked AI outputs for correctness, cultural nuance, and appropriateness. My role also included localizing large language models into Indonesian to enhance contextual and cultural relevance, as well as designing and testing effective prompts to optimize AI performance. In addition, I recorded voice samples and commands to train AI models on Indonesian accents and speech recognition. This experience strengthened my skills in artificial intelligence, creative writing, research, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and quality assurance.
I recorded and transcribed conversations for JoshTalk, ensuring accurate and clear documentation of spoken content. I conducted quality checks on both transcriptions and audio files to maintain high standards of accuracy and clarity. I also supported the development of Indonesian learning resources, contributing to a platform feature that helps users learn Indonesian through structured content. In addition, I tested application functionality for users outside the India region. This role enhanced my skills in communication, transcription, audio transcription, multilingual support, applied linguistics, and quality assurance.
Data Annotator and Indonesian Localization Specialist
​As an AI Model Voice Trainer at Babel Audio, I participate in conversational and scripted voice sessions to help train next-generation audio AI. My work focuses on teaching models natural language flow, tone, and emotional nuance, combining voice acting skills with an understanding of AI development.
As an AI Localization Specialist, I work on adapting and refining text-based AI models for Indonesian. I focus on ensuring natural language flow, cultural relevance, and contextual accuracy, helping models understand tone, nuance, and local expressions to deliver responses that feel authentic and precise.
​I provide personalized one-on-one English tutoring for a school student, focusing on grammar, reading comprehension, writing, and conversational fluency. I adapt lesson plans to the student’s learning pace and academic goals, ensuring steady progress and improved language confidence.
